Logging In

To log into SchoolCloud, you will need to enter your name and your child’s details exactly as they appear in MCAS.

This will include your child’s legal name, and the email address recorded for you on MCAS.

If you are unsure whether your details match our records, you can check this in the MCAS app before bookings open. Keeping information up to date will help avoid login issues.

Virtual Appointment Guidance

SchoolCloud also allows two parents on separate devices to join the same appointment. One parent should make the bookings as usual and then use the ‘invite parent/guardian’ feature to add the second parent.

• a device with a microphone and speaker/headphones
• a compatible up-to-date web browser:
